Marshall 30th Anniversary Model 6101LM, 100W Valve combo

A crazy little idiot of an amp. This is the legendary 6100 Anniversary head, but squeezed into a 1x12 combo. So, a full 100W valve Marshall head that will fit in the footwell of your car. Peer around the back and you'll see more valves than there should ever be in one place. A quartet of 6L6s and a whole bag-full of 12AX7s (6L6s in a Marshall ... I know ... its kinky, but it SOUNDS great). Its awesome, its heavy as a small house, and it is stupidly, STUPIDLY loud. I'm still coming to terms with the idea that something the size of a 1x12 can be as loud as this. A truly awesome little amp. Use it to drive a full stack (so ... a little combo driving 8 x 12" speakers) and the result is TERRIFYING. Awesome, but terrifying.

This was a little ahead of its time in that it has MIDI controllable channel switching, but I'll leave that stuff to the JVM410 (above). I'm currently running this at my office for early-morning sessions ... what better way could there be to start the day?!
