Lets get something straight. I didn't like strats. In fact I REALLY didn't like strats. Dumb weedy pickups, a crappy trem and a volume knob that's just in the wrong place. And lacquer all over the fretboard? Whose idea was THAT? I convinced myself that I needed one, so this was added to the stable. One of a few gutars that I bought new. Strangely, the longer I owned it, the more I realised that it didn't suit my needs. Out she went, a straight swap for a proper guitar ("Scratch").
